If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase from this website, please notify us by phone or email within 7 days of the purchase receipt date for a full refund.  All you pay is return shipping of the item.

If an item is defective we will gladly replace it free of charge and re-emburse you for the return shipping costs from the country of origin.
