What makes your selection of children and family music so special ?

The company develops, creates and records quality music for kids and their families. However, the story of Walking Oliver is a bit more than that because at its heart it is the story of a father who wanted to share love, laughter and the joy of music with his son. (It might also be the story of a dog named Oliver, but we’ll leave that to you to decide.)

Why is much of your music from America ?

The children's (or family music) market in the United Kingdom is a very small one but in 2009 Walking Oliver started a new venture never before attempted in the UK: we began distributing the music of a whole variety of family music artists, many of whom have never had their music available in this country before. Now UK children, parents and grandparents can get hold of CDs (or music downloads) by such great artists as Trout Fishing in America, Susie Tallman, Matt Clark, Katherine Dines, Daddy-A-Go-Go, Marla Lewis, Debbie & Friends, Robbert Bobbert and others. You may or may not yet know all of the names but if they are represented here you can be sure that they are already making waves in their home countries. As the children/family music market grows in this country we will begin adding UK and European artists to our roster.

Can I listen to a sample of the tracks before I buy ?

When will I receieve my CD ?

Normally orders received before 12pm are dispatched the same day and you should receive it within 2-3 working days. But if it is super urgent let us know in the special instructions in your order and we will do our very best to get it to you earlier.

Can I send the CD to someone else ?

Yes. We realise these CDs make super presents and we are happy to send them to an alternative address together with a message from you, wrapped in a simple gift wrapping. Just add the details in the special instructions section and start the message GIFT. We make no extra charge for this service.

Can I listen to my CD straight away ?

Yes. We include a download link for the music you have bought in your confirmation order page and email at no extra cost so that you can start enjoying your music straight away.

Can I pay by Credit Card ?

Yes. All major credit cards are accepted.  Just follow the instructions on the Paypal payment page upon checkout.

Can I pay by Paypal ?

Can I pay by Cheque or Postal Order ?

Yes. Simply send us your order to our postal address (on our contact  us page) stating the items you require together with your name, address, telephone number and cheque or postal order. Upon payment being cleared we fullfill your order.

How much is the P&P cost ?

We charge 99p per CD for the postage and packaging to UK mainland destinations.  All other International destinations are charged at £2.99 per CD.

Yes. just click on the player buton next to the track you want to listen to. How do I download the music I have purchased ? Simply click on the links on the confirmation order page that you will be directed to, or on the links in your confirmation email which will be automatically sent to you.

How long are the download links valid for ?

The links are valid for 24 hours from the time you completed your purchase and may be downloaded no more than four times per link. But of course once they are on your device you can play them as many time as you like or transfer them to your other devices as you would any other music you have purchased.

How many links will I get ?

You will get one link for each of the tracks you have bought. If you have bought an entire album then you will get a link for each individual track on that album unless the number of tracks on the album exceeds 25  in which case you will get one link for the entire album. We thought you would prefer that.
